KEY WEST JET NOISE

A few months ago, we were contacted by a resident of Geiger Key and asked to consider representing property owners living in the vicinity of Key West Naval Air Station whose lives were being affected by intense jet noise.   We are the lawyers who conducted the jet noise case involving NAS Oceana discussed on this website.  The resumes of Kieron F. Quinn and Martin E. Wolf are attached.  We have reviewed documents related to NAS Key West forwarded to us, as well as Navy documents already in our possession.  In addition, we submitted a FOIA request to the Navy.  We are now prepared to investigate and discuss the possibility of representing property owners interested in pursuing a claim for relief.
